Please note that there are a limited number of places allocated to several of the events, and they can therefore be sold out before this date.

 

Fees

Full conference ticket:

  • MatchPoints Seminar (Thursday-Saturday) early bird before/untill March 18 – DKK 1750 incl. VAT (EUR 235) per person – including meals during the 3 days and Evening Event at Concert Hall Aarhus Friday (but not including dinner and Danish debate Thursday evening)
  • MatchPoints Seminar (Thursday-Saturday) late bird after March 19 – DKK 2375 incl. VAT (EUR 320) per person – including meals during the day and Evening Event at Concert Hall Aarhus Friday (but not including dinner and Danish debate Thursday evening)
  • MatchPoints Seminar (Thursday-Saturday) for students with state education loan - DKK 150 incl. VAT (20 EUR) per person - including coffee but not including lunches and evening event on Friday evening.

 

Thursday evening event ticket (at Aarhus University):

  • IN DANISH! May 24 at 19.00-21.45 - DKK 185 incl. VAT (25 EUR) per person.

Friday Evening event ticket (at Concert Hall) - if you are not already registered for the full MatchPoints conference:

  • Event including reception – DKK 275 incl. VAT (37 EUR) per person.
  • Student price incl. reception – DKK 95,- incl. VAT (10 EUR) per person. For students with state education loan

Conference dinner ticket (after the evening event Friday):

  • At Restaurant johan r – DKK 399 incl. VAT (EUR 55 EUR) per person.The price includes tapas and 2 glasses of wine and water, coffee and tea.


Day ticket for Robotics Saturday (May 26, 2018 at 09.00-17.00)

  • Day ticket incl. lunch and coffee – DKK 250 incl. VAT (34 EUR) per person.
  • Student ticket for Saturday (including coffee but not lunch) – DKK 75 incl. VAT (10 EUR) per person.

Hotel accommodation

The MatchPoints crew reserved hotel rooms for our MatchPoints guests at the following hotels in Aarhus. Please book a hotel after your choice by using the specific code and instructions listed below, which gives you a discount at the normal rate. Please note that the hotel rooms are only booked until the date stated and we can therefore not guarantee hotel rooms after these dates. May is a very busy month in Aarhus, so please don’t hesitate with your hotelbooking.

All room prices are per room per night. The price includes VAT, breakfast and service charge. Payment for your accommodation directly to your hotel upon departure. In case of "no show" we will forward the invoice for your accommodation to you directly.
